Send an email to enquiries@bulgaria-apts.com with your preferred dates and we will send confirmation of your reservation.

A £50 deposit will be required to secure your booking. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to departure.

A £50 cheque is also required as security against damage or breakages.

Payment may be made via Paypal, or can send a cheque.

£50 cheque required as security against breakages and damages. The cheque will be returned to you by post on your return, provided no damages have been incurred.

All cancellations must be notified at least 6 weeks prior to departure. For cancellations made later than 6 weeks prior to departure, monies will only be refundable if the property can be re-let for the cancelled period. The £50 deposit is non refundable.

The property must be vacated in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the rental period. Any losses or damages to the property will be paid for in full by the customer.

All apartments are non smoking; however smoking is permitted on the balconies.
