Sun Coast Villas is fully self contained
and provides the following onsite facilities:
All apartments are air conditioned and fully furnished with all mod cons, including cable TV, DVD and CD player. Kitchens are fully equipped and iron/ironing board is provided in each apartment. Each apartment has its own balcony, with sea views. The beach by the new marina is a 5 minute walk via adjoining resorts and a short coastal path. There is also a pathway that leads from the complex directly down to the sea front. The walk to the centre of St Vlas village takes approximately 15 minutes. Sun Coast Villas is a first sea line complex, so there is no facility for development between the complex and the sea front. Note that all floor levels are given as UK standard (eg. UK 2nd floor is US/European 3rd floor).
